Implementation of Clause B.1.11 of Regulations on Minimum Standard Requirement for Medical Colleges for 50/100/150/200/250 Admission Annually, 1999 as amended from time to time – Reg.

Sir/Madam,

Your Kind attention is invited to Clause B.1.11 of Regulations on Minimum Standard Requirement for Medical Colleges for 50/100/150/200/250 Admission Annually, 1999 as amended wherein it has been prescribed that each medical college/ institute shall have its own website and the following details have to be updated in the first week of every month shall be provided:-

• a. Details of Dean/ principal & Medical Superintendent including their names, qualifications, complete address with Telephone numbers, fax and E-mail IDs
• b. Teaching as well as non-teaching staff.
• c. Details of sanctioned intake capacity of various UG & PG courses.
• d. List of students admitted merit wise category wise for the current and previous year for all UG & PG courses.
• e. Any research publication during the last one year.
• f. Details of CME programmes, conferences and academic activities conducted by the institution.
• g. Details of any awards and achievement received by the students or the faculty.
• h. Details of affiliating University and its Vice Chancellor and Registrar.
• i. Result of all examinations of last one year.
• j. Details of status of recognition of all the courses.
• k. Details of the clinical material in the hospital.

2. In order to ensure the compliance of above regulation, the Council has reviewed the websites of all Medical Colleges of Govt. and Pvt. Sector as well. It has been observed that your Medical College has not put the above information on the Home page of your college website under a distinct link and not updating the same on regular basis i.e. in the first week of every month.

3. In view of above, you are directed that in addition to other information on home page of the website of your Medical College, you must provide a parallel link namely,- ‘Information under Clause ‘B.1.11’ of Minimum Standard Requirement Regulations, 1999 and as amended’; under which ‘sub-links’ with regard to all the points from (a) to (k) of the Clause should be provided with a date on which it is last updated. Your college website must be updated with above provision by 18th May, 2020 otherwise strict action will be taken against your college as per the Regulations of the Council and send a compliance report to this Council.

This may be treated as MOST URGENT.
